This page explains how SetDraft handles the personal information submitted to receive notices about new ATP Fantasy matchdays and analysis.
Data we collect
We collect only the email address that you voluntarily enter to receive notices. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal information.
How we use your email
Your email is used only to notify you when SetDraft publishes the next verified ATP Fantasy analysis. It is not used for any other purpose.
Consent
Sign-up requires your explicit agreement to the use of your email (prelaunch-v1 consent). The checkbox is never selected by default.
What we do not collect
- We do not store IP addresses or browsing data.
- We do not create tracking or behavioural profiles.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Retention and removal
We keep your email while you remain on the notice list. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will remove it.
